Questions
How do the tap and QR code work?
Each product carries a QR code, and the tap cards have an NFC chip inside. A customer scans the code with their phone camera or taps the card to the back of their phone, and your Google review page opens. No app needed.
Is this allowed under Google's rules?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for genuine reviews. What it doesn't allow is paying or rewarding people for reviews, asking only happy customers, or telling people what to write. Our signs and cards are a simple ask anyone can see, so display them for every customer and never offer anything in return for a review. See Google's review policy.
Do I get to see the design first?
Yes. You'll see and approve the final design before anything prints. One or two rounds of edits are free.
How long does it take?
We send your mockup within one business day of your order. The proof and edit step usually takes a few days, depending on how quickly you reply. Then it goes to print, and we send tracking when it ships.
How does shipping work?
Your order ships straight to your business anywhere in the U.S. Shipping is included in the price.
What if something goes wrong?
We keep it simple:
- Free proof first. Nothing prints until you reply "approved."
- Changed your mind? Full refund any time before you approve the proof.
- Damaged, misprinted or our mistake? Send us photos within 2 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.
- Not happy, or the approved proof had an error? We'll reprint it for 50% off.
Once a proof is approved, orders are final apart from the above. Monthly services can be canceled anytime with no new charges.
